Vacation Rental Details: Rent is $10,000 - $12,000/month OR $3500 - $4000/week. Additional fees include: $300 exit cleaning fee; $50 processing fee; 12.5% state and local taxes. A security deposit of $2500 is required. The security deposit is refunded after a damage free inspection following departure. Utility Caps/Mo: There is a cap on the utilities of $25 for water and $250 for electricity. The owner pays up to this amount. If there is an overage, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit and a copy of the bill will be provided. Rates and fees are subject to change prior to confirmation of reservation.
